He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, the Alumni Board of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, President of the Endodontic Alumni Association at Nova Southeastern University College, the National Chairman of Charitable Giving at Penn’s Dental School, and the former editor of the Southern Jersey Dental Society journal.

His research includes work on the pharmacology of pain, the restoration of teeth after endodontic procedures, and the calcification of cartilage.

In addition to spending two years studying at the American University in Paris, Dr. Saint-Cyr has traveled extensively in Western Europe, North Africa, North America, and the Middle East.
